This session will be of interest to those working in First Nation communities and others who work with First Nations children and youth in a variety of service settings.
In this training, participants will learn how individuals who have experienced Intergenerational Trauma perceive and interact with the world around them. Learn about culturally safe practice, how to implement simple, straightforward and practical techniques and how to support people to build resiliency skills.

- Recognize impact of Intergenerational Trauma and traumatic childhood experiences on child development.
- Describe the relationship between attachment, resiliency, Intergenerational Trauma and PTSD.
