Description
A huge proportion of our time in leadership is learning how to support our staff teams. This was true before the pandemic, and it is ever more relevant now, as collectively we establish new routines, develop new strategies, and construct new lived realities of our professional roles. Many have had to re-learn what resources we have and what we need in order to do our jobs well.
This mindful leadership training will create space to discuss the challenges of leadership in productive ways, creating paths for solutions. The training will focus on the connections between emotional intelligence and productive leadership. Intentional, mindful and empathetic relationships are at the heart of effective leadership. Leaders need skills in supporting their own self care, so they can effectively meet the needs of those who report to them. Together, we will use strengths-based, solutions-focused perspectives to bring new approaches to the challenges and successes in our own leadership.
