Do you work with racialized youth and families who have experienced trauma? In this training, participants will use the evidence-based STAIR model and apply the Critical Race Theory to understand how to use healing tools and strategies to support individuals and families from racialized backgrounds, including African, Caribbean, and African Canadian communities. Participants will inform their professional approach by reviewing case strategies and practical healing tools that are culturally responsive and trauma-informed.
